尝试从 Synaptic 安装 ruby​​1.9.1-dev 软件包，或使用 apt-get。

在命令提示符下：sudo apt-get install ruby​​1.9.1-dev

mkmf（无法加载的模块）仅包含在 ubuntu 上的 ruby​​ 开发包中。
