这实际上与maven关系不大。 答案在另一个堆栈溢出答案中。maven 发布插件会修改项目中的所有 pom以更新版本号，然后提交它们。如果其中一个 pom 在 svn extern 中，它会尝试在一个修订版中提交本地和外部修改，并给出这个非常神秘的错误消息。希望这会对其他人有所帮助。

不幸的是，我知道的唯一解决方法是停止使用 externs 或停止使用发布插件。
