你可以试试 Powershell Core。它对我来说看起来很便携（在没有安装 .net 框架的嵌入式 Windows 7 上测试）。

下载 Binaries zip，解压缩并运行 pwsh.exe 请记住，与常规 powershell 相比，代码存在一些差异。
