1.一个支持JTA的web服务器，比如JBoss，Weblogic。
2. 或 JTA lib 的实现，如 atomikos。

因此，在您的情况下（使用 tomcat），您应该使用 JTA 实现库。如果你使用 spring-boot，你只需将它添加到 pom 中，比如：
