您正在使用的自定义滚动条插件处理该scroll事件。preventDefault()它通过调用事件处理程序来防止事件冒泡。

这意味着父 div（水平滚动）永远没有机会响应您的水平滚动。

这似乎是库的预期行为（与嵌套可滚动区域的演示实现相比）

您要么需要修改插件以允许事件冒泡，选择另一个插件，要么放弃自定义滚动条的想法并允许浏览器的默认滚动条完成它们的工作。

在插件版本 3.0.5 中，这是固定的，即当您在具有水平滚动条的元素上垂直滑动时，它不会阻止页面滚动（反之亦然）。它也不会阻止两指缩放。
