如果您在数据上插入数据透视表，请将这些列拖到行标签中：

• 姓名
• 水果。

然后将此列拖到列标签中：

• 果实状况。

将同一列拖到 Values 中：

• 果实状况。

数据透视表看起来和你的几乎一样（除了水果在名称下，而不是为每个水果重复名称）。

每当您更新工作表 1 中的数据时，您可以通过右键单击表并选择刷新来让数据透视表反映这一点。
