你在绑定中犯了一个小错误,你调用了方法而不是传递它(因此,你传递了self.set_date(date_cursor.day), 但也调用了self.set_date调用的结果self.populate_body,所以你进入了无限递归,只被 python 递归限制停止。

你想要做的是绑定方法,但date_cursor.day作为第一个参数,对于这个partial函数, fromfunctools是完美的。

self.date_label.bind(on_touch_down=partial(self.set_date, date_cursor.day))

创建一个新函数,就像 self.set_date 一样,但将 date_cursor.day 作为第一个参数预加载。

编辑:另外,当事件绑定调用您的部分函数时,它将接收其他参数,因此**args在您使用 ass 回调的函数/方法中添加参数末尾是一个好习惯(此处set_date)。
