我自己找到解决方案。
问题在于我为 SelectedIndex 插入的默认值:它必须是 -1 而不是 0。

起初,在我看来,您的问题出在 SelectedValue 中。在您的 VM 中,它具有 int 类型,但 WPF 期望它是 KeyValuePair。集合项的类型。
