session.setAttribute("EmployeeById", name);

应该在 servlet 中使用，而不是在 JSP 页面中。在 JSP 页面中，您可以使用EL从请求、会话或应用程序范围中获取值。

例如：

${requestScope['name']}

这是在 JSP 页面中获取请求属性的正确方法。

您得到的原因NPE是因为该请求在您的 JSP 页面中尚不可用，但它确实存在null。首先，您需要检查请求是否不是null，如果不是，则对其进行处理。
