我在升级到 2012 年 10 月版本时遇到了类似的问题。我通过删除项目中的所有缓存引用，然后从 NuGet 安装 Windows Azure 共享缓存包来解决它。

我不确定生成的项目是否仍将使用 2012 年 6 月的 SDK 运行。但值得一试。
