SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110) 
SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

在许多问题中都提到了php_openssl extenstion在我的服务器中启用的启用。我正在使用 PHPmailer 5.1 版

我的服务器端口 25 也没有问题，简单的mail()功能也可以正常工作
