用户交互NO默认设置为UIImageView，因此您需要将其设置为YES。您将“项目”设置为是，但不设置为contentOfScrollView.

UITapGestureRecognizer *tap = [[UITapGestureRecognizer alloc] initWithTarget:item action:@selector(imageTapped:)];
