1、RailsInstaller和Heroku Toolbelt不完全兼容：如果你在安装Heroku toolbelt后遇到问题，建议你把railsinstaller和heroku toolbelt一起删除，重新安装railsinstaller。然后，在您的 gem 文件中，只需添加gem 'heroku'并运行 bundle install。我不需要任何额外的东西来成功部署我的应用程序。Heroku Toolbelt 安装了 ruby​​ 1.9.2 v，并为您的偏好添加了错误的路径。您可以选择手动将此 PATH 修复到正确的位置，例如 C:RailsInstaller:Ruby1.9.3 但我发现重新安装所有内容更容易。
