java - 服务器请求时如何显示html页面？

我在显示 html 页面表单 localhost 时遇到问题。这是我的方法，但我只是进入System.out.println("IN !")循环（eclipse 控制台）。当我http://localhost:1600/myWebPage.html在浏览器中输入地址时，什么也没发生。我想知道如何在键入后在浏览器中显示网页或仅显示一些文本http://localhost:1600/myWebPage.html。这条路正确吗？
