首先，您使用的是托管按钮。因此，您设置的任何自定义选项都必须在您的 PayPal 帐户的按钮创建向导或编辑区域中完成。

发送自定义数据的实际参数名称确实是“自定义”，因此您需要在 IPN 中使用它来获取该特定参数的值。

之前提到的（将表单上的字段名称更改为自定义）除了您使用的是托管按钮外，其他都可以使用，因此需要在您的 PayPal 帐户的按钮管理器中进行调整。
