您的 SMTP 端口 25 上没有运行邮件服务器。您可以使用 IIS 附带的 SMTP 服务器，也可以使用http://www.xmailserver.org/或http://www.hmailserver.com之类的东西

服务器管理器 > 功能（不是角色）> 右键单击​​，添加 > SMTP 服务器 - 然后配置 IIS 7 SMTP 以指向本地服务器。
