我发现了一些对我想要的有用的东西，但仍然想要居中的打字焦点模式。

Ctrl+↑</kbd> – moves view up one line at a time, so the text scrolls 'down' one line at a time
Ctrl+↓</kbd> – moves view down one line at a time, so the text scrolls 'up' one line at a time
