在 Stackoverflow 上学习和搜索更详细的 AFNetworking 文档给了我一个解决方案：

1.请求的参数应该是这样的：

  NSDictionary *params =
        [NSDictionary dictionaryWithObjectsAndKeys:
           [NSDictionary dictionaryWithObjectsAndKeys:
                           username.text, @"UserNameOrEmail",
                           password.text, @"Password",
                           nil],
        @"request",
        nil];

2.创建AFHTTPClient

  AFHTTPClient *client = [[AFHTTPClient alloc] initWithBaseURL:
        [NSURL URLWithString:@"http://server"]];

3.当我将 JSON 作为参数发送时，我必须添加：

  client.parameterEncoding = AFJSONParameterEncoding;

在我这样做之后，我摆脱了 404 错误，但我无法用 JSON 响应做任何事情，我不知道为什么。但解决方案是：

6.开始操作：

  [operation start];
