您的 PHP 代码正在组装十六进制数字（根据md5_file()文档）

您的 C# 代码正在组装非 0 填充的十进制数字。
您需要y.ToString("x2")格式化为十六进制。

还有，return sb.ToString().GetHashCode().ToString();是非常错误的。不要打电话GetHashCode()；这不是你想要的。
