读取 XML 数据时已超出最大字符串内容长度配额 (8192)。可以通过更改创建 XML 阅读器时使用的 XmlDictionaryReaderQuotas 对象的 MaxStringContentLength 属性来增加此配额。

我能够通过将 maxStringContentLength 增加到 200000000 来解决错误。我还将其他最大大小增加到 200000000，如下所示。我不确定将最大尺寸随机更改为更大的数字是否会导致任何性能问题？我是否需要根据在我的情况下发送或接收的数据量来确定理想的最大大小？谢谢你的任何建议。
