通过将状态设置note为ModifiedEF 会将相关实体，尤其是新创建的实体，也附加AttachedFile到上下文中，但处于状态Unchanged。但是，您还没有设置正确的外键属性值（如果实体不在 state 中，这是必要的Added）。这样做会消除异常：

list.Add(new AttachedFile
{
    noteId = note.id,
    fileName = fileName
});

但是您的新AttachedFile数据不会添加到您的数据库中，因为它不在Added状态。

updateAttachFile如果您在更新/插入之后调用，我希望这是可行的...
