我想出了答案。这就像我在 ipad 上的 wifi 设置定义了我们的公司代理服务器一样简单。由于这个 websense 阻止了 .ipa 文件的下载。因此，如果我使用相同的 URL 并将其放在桌面浏览器上，我会看到它被阻止了。关闭代理解决了这个问题！

我有类似的东西，虽然没有 VPN，只是一个普通的 Wi-Fi 设置。运行 iOS6 的 iPhone4、iPhone5 和 iPad2 都可以毫无问题地安装 OTA。同时，运行 iOS5 的 iPhone4S 和 iPad1 无法安装应用程序 OTA。通过 iTunes 同步正常安装适用于所有设备。这显然是操作系统版本的问题，但我不知道下一步该去哪里寻找。它是在应用程序的构建设置中还是与服务器配置相关的东西（在这种情况下是 IIS）......
