假设patientinfo.PatientDOB是一个完整的类型日期，获取日期的整数月份部分；

datepart(MM, patientinfo.PatientDOB)

或者

month(patientinfo.PatientDOB)

包裹在cast(?? as varchar(2))一个字符串中。
