这是旧版本 MonoRail 中的错误。它适用于MonoRail 2.1 RC，但不适用于我刚刚尝试过的旧版本，我得到了相同的 null ref 异常。

这就是版本 5688 在 Subversion 中的样子，这就是它的NullReferenceException来源。代码不再使用缓存HttpContext。
