Outlook 2007 中对 CSS 的支持已被删除，取而代之的是 Word 呈现引擎。您的电子邮件在旧版 Outlook 中是否正确呈现？

真正解决问题的唯一方法是通过老式的表格方式来解决。您应该能够以这种方式实现您想要的，并且其他电子邮件阅读器当然也支持表格。这有点麻烦，但据我所知，这是唯一的方法......
