LinearLayout.LayoutParams layoutParams = (LinearLayout.LayoutParams) button.getLayoutParams();
layoutParams.bottomMargin += 20;
button.setLayoutParams(layoutParams);

尝试使用LinearLayout.LayoutParams而不是FrameLayout.LayoutParams，就像在您正在使用的 xml 中一样LinearLayout。
