php - Apache2 - 分段错误

Apache 服务器生成到 /var/log/apache2/error.log：

[Tue Oct 16 11:36:40 2012] [notice] child pid 4091 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

我用 MySQL 数据库运行 PHP 应用程序。其他应用程序都可以。

问题是 PHP 代码还是服务器？
