我需要删除 textarea 中第 5 行之后的每个字符的功能，并且第 5 行最多只能包含 15 个字符。

我可以使用“插入符号”来实现这一点，但它只会在特定光标位置添加文本，我使用kepress事件和setinterval（textarea的onFocus）函数将清除textarea中的额外文本和clearInterval（textarea的onBlur）
