  • GDI 需要 DWORD 对齐,而 cv::Mat 不使用任何行填充
  • 此外,您的 Mat 可能是 ROI,这意味着在每一行的末尾没有下一行,而是继续的图像

您可以在 OpenCV 中使用 cols % 4 == 0 的图像进行 DWORD 对齐,这样您就可以为图像添加边框
