new Date(Date.parse(myArr[0][0]));

使用日期parse方法将字符串解析为自 1970 年 1 月 1 日 00:00:00 UTC 以来的毫秒数。花费该毫秒数并再次调用Date方法以将该时间转换为日期对象。
