我通常发现超过一半的大包的 cabal 安装失败，这对新用户来说是一个致命的缺陷！

这次我尝试安装yesod，有什么提示吗？

yesod 使用与 Haskell 平台不同版本的 alex 包。除了 ghc，我总是从我的发行版的包管理器中安装 alex 和快乐，然后使用 cabal。或者，您可以随时使用 

cabal update && cabal install alex happy
cabal install yesod-platform

这很可能是由于尝试同时安装两个版本的 time 包而发生的。您可以尝试运行cabal install yesod-platform并查看问题是否仍然存在？

正如@Inaimathi 所说，这可能是由于旧版本的cabal. 或许也可以试试cabal update && cabal install cabal-install。
