我认为您不能<context:component-scan>用作<mule>. 尝试以下操作：

<mule ...>
    <spring:beans>
         <context:component-scan ... />
    </spring:beans>
</mule>

并导入主要的：

<beans:import resource="appnewcontext.xml"/>
