您的 Maven 配置将用户名和密码设置为admin/password. 在 Tomcat 配置中，它们被设置为admin/admin.

切换你pom.xml的拥有<password>admin</password>。

此外，需要根据Tomcat 文档更改管理员用户的角色。您需要manager-gui角色访问 HTML 管理器，而manager-script角色访问文本界面。
