android - 在屏幕上创建标题（活动）

Question

1. 我要做的就是在我的 android 活动（屏幕）中创建一个简单的页眉和页脚。我RelativeLayout在我的 UI 中使用过。
2. 而且，如果我想在标题中添加一个弹出菜单，我该怎么做。

For Header You can make an activity_header.xml Class. & it will include in other classes like as-

        android:id="@+id/header"
        android:layout_width="fill_parent"
        android:layout_height="wrap_content"

& for Footer you can use Tab Bar:-
