似乎系统语言环境设置不正确，因此 locale.getdefaultlocale() 返回 (None, None)。查看 的输出locale以检查是否是这种情况（详细信息在本文档中）。最简单的解决方案是setenv LANG en_US.UTF-8在运行之前执行类似的操作python manage.py syncdb。
