easy_install清楚地表明该模块已安装到，/usr/lib/python2.6但您正在运行 Python 2.4。

显式运行 Python 2.6（例如python2.6或python26），或用于python -m easy_install uuid将模块安装到默认 Python。

# python -V
Python 2.4.3

如果您使用的是 Python 2.6（您应该使用 Python 2.6，因为即使它现在已经过时，2.4 也很古老），该uuid模块应该已经存在，因此您无论如何都不需要安装它。
