来自spring-context-3.0.xsd

要解析占位符的属性文件的位置，作为 Spring 资源位置：URL、“类路径：”伪 URL 或相对文件路径。可以指定多个位置，用逗号分隔。如果既没有指定 location 也没有指定 properties-ref，占位符将根据系统属性进行解析。

您没有指定可解析的位置，/WEB-INF/application.properties它不是 url、伪 URL（如“file：”或“classpath”）或相对文件路径。我推荐类路径方法。

我设法通过在 /src/main/resources 源文件夹中创建新的 application.properties 文件并从旧文件中复制内容来使其工作。另外，我必须将位置值更改为 classpath:application.properties 我有一个问题：这个资源文件会被编译成 jar 吗？我可以在不重新编译的情况下更改它吗？如果没有，请分享一些其他加载外部属性的方法。
