在控制器ordering中，创建一个方法create($holiday = null)。

然后你这样做：

$data['holiday'] = ($holiday != NULL) ? true : false;
$this->load->view('yourView', $data);

要保留holiday您的值，应相应地设置表单提交操作。

在您看来，您可以执行以下操作：
