服务本身有效，问题不在 WCF 中。如果您在堆栈跟踪中滚动到最右侧，您会看到它说Root element is missing.并且在您的服务中创建 XmlDocument 时它失败了。

您只是向它发送了一个无效的 Xml 字符串并且它无法解析。
