试试这个：

git config remote.origin.fetch "+refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*"
git fetch origin

然后再试git branch -r一次。

将来在设置遥控器时，最好使用以下命令而不是git config：

git remote add <remotename> <remoteurl>

例如

git remote add origin ssh://gerrit.mm-sol.com/branchname

这将自动设置url和fetch配置。
