为了扩展 forvaidya 的答案，您的 requirements.txt 文件中缺少yaml，这就是为什么 Heroku 在您提交应用程序时没有安装它的原因。在您的基本目录中，重新运行以下命令以使其工作：

pip freeze > requirements.txt
git add .
git commit -m "fixed requirements.txt file"

...然后推回 Heroku。
