将您的数据从整数秒转换为实际时间：除以 86400（60 秒/分钟*60 分钟/小时*24 小时/天）

使用数字格式 MM:SS

确保图表是 XY 图表。X 轴应该从数据中获取 MM:SS 格式，但如果不是，您可以通过格式化轴来格式化它。
