听起来 ffmpeg-php 不适用于较新的 libavcodec，它们将 avcodec_init 替换为另一个函数，如果它的替换返回相同的内容，您可能可以重新编码一个调用。ffmpeg-php 好像很久没有更新了，但是你可能想试试 svn 的 HEAD 版本
