最好的办法是在集合中加载 firstname 属性并将其添加为独立列。在 Magento 中向客户网格添加列 - 未填充数据将为您提供一个良好的开端。您应该只需要添加，->addAttributeToSelect('firstname')然后在 prepareColumns 函数中添加列...
