apache - 服务器无法接受请求

Question

我以前的网站运行良好。但现在它无法连接到服务器（我相信这是问题所在）。但奇怪的是，无法连接到服务器的消息没有到来并且它继续连接......无限时间（已经 3 小时）。然后我发现 apache 处于睡眠模式。这会导致问题吗？
