将文本文件转换为 HTML 的常用工具是Markdown和Textile。每个都有许多实现（维基百科列出了 Markdown 的 8 个 JS 实现）。

我怀疑要么开箱即用，适合您拥有的特定文本，但它们的源代码应该是一个合理的起点。
