我经常看到通过将第一个查询的结果(在您的情况下没有 where 子句)插入到 TEMP 表或表变量中,然后从中选择(这基本上有助于查询优化器选择适当的执行)来获得巨大的性能提升计划)。

还刚刚注意到您在 Y 列上没有索引,这可能会加快一点速度。
