我在netbeans中编写java。我想移动文件并创建文件。当我在netbeans上运行程序时它可以工作。文件创建和移动。但是当我在 jar 上运行程序时，它不会复制或移动。我给权限 jar 和文件用于读取、写入。但它不起作用。我用root用户打开jar。我怎样才能解决这个问题？

为什么要使用 IO 流复制文件？为什么不只是做

File f; // bla bla init
File otherFile;
f.renameTo(otherFile);

此外，您需要对您尝试移动（到）的文件的读写权限，而不是您正在执行的 jar ......
