在我公司的一个基于 C#、ASP.Net、SQL server 2005 和 Windows Server 2008 的内部项目中，当有人尝试登录时，登录存储过程只需要无限的时间。但是当我重新启动数据库服务器时，问题就解决了。这每天都在发生。这可能不是数据库负载问题，因为其他存储过程可以正常工作。此外，如果我在存储过程中提取查询，我会在适当的时间得到结果。在存储过程中，除了获取数据之外，还有一个 if 条件将用户限制为仅使用某些 IP。

听起来您正在为该过程缓存一个糟糕的执行计划。没有看到代码很难说，但参数嗅探可能是一个问题。一种可能的解决方法是使用 WITH RECOMPILE 选项。这将强制存储过程每次重新编译并生成新的执行计划。
