( <h:outputStylesheet>and <h:outputScript>) 需要 a <h:head>，但你有一个<head>. 相应地修复它。

<h:head>
    <h:outputStylesheet name="css/styles.css" />
</h:head>

此外，您需要确保将css/styles.css文件放置在/resources公共 Web 内容的子文件夹中。

在WebContent下添加资源文件夹

并在资源内部创建 css 文件夹

然后像这样访问文件
